- Woke up at 8:30, got breakfast
- Left at 10:00, went to Internet cafe. Booked high speed
Derniere Minute for Besançon Thursday at 7:30PM, Saturday to Turin
Italy overnight (11:00PM-7:00 AM)
- Called tourist office, went to Guarde De L'Eest. Stopped at Eglise
St. Laurant. (Not as nice, still cool.) Passed through black
hair salon district. Odd
- Got tickets, went more or less home
- Stopped for lunch. Turned out to be very cool. Six tables,
lots of smoking. Reserved seat for a 75 year old woman.
- Split a formule. Had brochette, salad and Kir.
(Wine+liqueur) and fruit salad for dessert.
- Sarah asked to take a picture of the place, as it was a very
traditional french cafe. The chef was honoured, posed with each
of us, we took three pictures. Sarah gave him a peck on the cheek,
he gave us brandy. It was awesome
- Walked home, had a restful nap. Arrived at 1:30, slept 'til 4:30
- Walked through open air market again on the way to the national
library. It was super-cool, very nice. Another museum. Very old
Roman money/carvings/bowls etc. Cool stuff. (Free)
- Saw a femullet. (Local too!!!)
Walked around the Grand Palais grounds (square trees) and walked
back to the market. Bought dinner: Strawberries, wine, peaches,
cheese, croissant, éclair, brownie, cherry tomatoes.) We bought
strawberries and yogurt for breakfast.
- Saw a strange picture of a woman kicking a catholic priest
in the groin. We tried to take it, but it was a big sticker
- Who is Deni Lary? (A magician with posters everywhere.)

- 7:40 Ate, went out for a drink and a crepe.
- We went to bed at about 10:30. We slept for a bit,
but woke up in the middle of the night for a few
hours.
